1. Services
INKOVEX provides custom printing and branding services including but not limited to:
T-shirt printing
Mug printing
Cap printing
Logo design
Corporate branding solutions
All services are customized based on customer requirements.
2. Orders
All orders must be confirmed with complete details before processing.
Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct information, design files, and spelling.
3. Payment
Full or partial payment may be required before starting production.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before printing.
INKOVEX is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on order size and workload.
Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.
6. Refunds & Returns
As all products are customized, refunds are generally not provided.
Refunds or replacements are only possible if there is a confirmed printing defect caused by INKOVEX.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
7. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure that any logos, images, or designs provided do not violate copyright laws.
INKOVEX is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers.
8. Limitation of Liability
INKOVEX will not be held responsible for:
Losses due to incorrect customer information
Delays caused by third parties
Indirect or consequential damages
9. Changes to Terms
INKOVEX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
